Lowest Unique Bid Auctions Are Simple!
There are just two basic things to remember:
1. Bid Low!
Unlike a normal auction where the highest bidder wins, a lowest unique bid auction is exactly the opposite, where the LOWEST unique bid wins. So you could end up winning an amazing prize for as little as £0.01!
2. Bid Unique!
As everyone would be inclined to be boring and bid £0.01, the prize goes to the bidder with the lowest bid that no one else has chosen. A bid of £2.53, for example, would be more inventive and may end up being the lowest UNIQUE bid and thus make you the winner!
For Example!If you had placed 3 bids of £0.01, £0.02, £0.03 on this closed auction YOU would be the winner. Why? This is because your bid of £0.02 was the Lowest UNIQUE bid! Your other bids of £0.01 and £0.03 were unfortunately un-unique as other bidders had also bid those amounts (but who cares... your still the winner!). The other bidder who placed the bid of £0.04 is now kicking himself as he managed to get a Unique bid... But it wasn't the LOWEST unique bid! |

The best thing is... We keep you updated on the status of your bids! So you will always know if your bid is un-unique, currently unique or currently the LOWEST unique bid.
Remember, as people are bidding all the time your bid status can quickly change from unique to non-unique or even from unique to LOWEST UNIQUE! So keep your eyes open and keep checking your account for those all important updates!
