Q. How do I win these amazing prizes?

A. We "auction off" all the prizes on Ultimate-Competitions.com using a Lowest Unique Bid system.

Q. How does a lowest Unique bid action work?

A. It's basically a regular auction turned on its head, Instead of bidding the highest bid you bid the lowest amount that you think will be unique. For more information see our How to Enter page.

Q. So how much does it cost to enter?

A. The entrance fee for each auction differs from auction to auction but will always be clearly displayed within the "auction status" box.

Q. How many times can I enter?

A. You are able to place 25 paid bids per day on our website.

Q. If I make more than one bid, do I need to pay a fee each time?

A. Unfortunately... Yes, but look out for the selected auctions with our 3 for 2 bid offers.

Q. Is there a minimum age I must be to take part?

A. Yes, you must be over 18 to enter any of our auctions.

Q. I don't live in the United Kingdom, can I still take part?

A. We will accept entrance from all over the world, but you must check with your countries relevant authorities first.

Q. How can I pay for the entrance fees?

A. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. Once you have finished adding all your bids to your "bid shopping basket" just click the finalise button and finish the checkout process.

Q. Is your website secure enough to accept card payments?

A. Absolutely. Our website is scanned daily by McAfee Secure to make sure that there are no nasty security loopholes. As well as this we employ the latest 128 bit encryption to make sure that all your card (and bid) information is transferred across the internet safely.

Q. Do any of your auctions have a reserve level?

A. Yes. If the auction you are interested in has a reserve we will display the reserve icons in the "auction status" box.

Q. If I win an auction that hasn't reached its reserve level what do I win?

A. In the unlikely event that this happens we will award the winner 70% of the gross profit for that auction.

Q. How long do your auctions run for?

A. We usually run all of our auctions for one calendar month from its start date. But please check the ending time and date in the "auction status" box before you bid.

Q. I have entered one of your auctions but I have bid the wrong amount, can I get a refund?

A. No. Sorry, all bids are final and no refunds will be made.

Q. How will I know if I win?

A. If you are the winner, one of our team will be in contact soon after the auction has ended.

Q. If I win do I have to pay the winning bid price?

A. Yes. This is where a reverse auction is the same as a regular auction.

Q. What if there are no unique bids?

A. In the unlikely event that this happens we will issue the prize to the person who entered the lowest paired bid first.
